Something to read

Sun Jul 5, 2009, 6:01 AM
First of all: sorry for my bad english. Sorry for any error and mistake. In italian I'm a better writer (they say).

You notice it when you take the pencil in your hand: that sheet it's never enough for you for being able to represent all. As far as the tip is thin some details, inevitably, escape. Not even the pixels are never enough. Something, something extremely incredible, will be lost forever, suffocated by small squares always too coarse. If there is one thing that I have learned this is that there is no hand, no camera and no computer fairly accurate to represent the reality. Something will always omitted. Something that just who was there could see.
Reality is impossible to reproduce.
And this for the artist can be a great limit, or a great advantage. It's all about making the right choice. The genuine artist watches the reality, absorbs it and then reproduces it. But in his way. Just taking care of make good things, in the way as clear and natural as possible. And not in the most obsessively meticulous one.
The trick is in putting everything but not putting overly.
Less zeal and more head, that's all.

Nemmeno i pixel bastano mai.

the only reason why smart people are labeled as geeks or dorks is because the "norm" of society is to be a jaded idiot

there is at least one thing in everyone's gallery that deserves a fav, it just all depends on how hard you look
